Training feedback is provided in the app, and questions can be asked anytime about training, nutrition, or anything else related to your progress. Additionally, monthly office hours give you a chance to drop in for guidance and answers in real time.
No prior experience is required. Each program is customized to your current fitness level, and coaching support is provided every step of the way.
A commercial or full home gym with a barbell setup is recommended for best results. Equipment should include a rack, bench, pull up bar, barbell with plates, challenging dumbbells, bands, and cardio machines. Travel and home modifications are built in, allowing you to train effectively wherever you are.
